Emizon delivers secure, fully managed, dual-path alarm monitoring for intruder & fire system signalling, CCTV monitoring and convergent communication solutions for commercial and domestic premises.   In 21st century Britain, customers want faster, cheaper and more flexible communication options. It is a fact that 95% of businesses and 16 million homes now use Broadband. Nearly a million UK businesses are now using fibre to connect.

Emizon's hardware, service platform and software support services all comply with the highest EN standards, BRE testing and EU certification standards. Please see our complete range of PDF certifications elsewhere in the Insurer section.

Essentially the same device or TCD (Telemetry Communications Device) can be fitted in any alarm system and is capable of supporting complete dual path solutions; IP & GPRS / IP & PSTN / GPRS & PSTN. This means a single TCD chassis for all signalling and monitoring needs. There is no requirement for extra boards or power supply to be added to suit individual site requirements. It also means upgrading from analogue PSTN to IP is easy – no additional hardware required.

With Emizon you can protect all level of risks and suit all budgets. Choose between Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4 signalling options.

The communication service is supported by Emizon's own fully managed service platform with complete fail safe contingency back-up. Red Care GSM comprises of a 24 Hour monitored telephone line connected to a 24 hour manned Alarm receiving centre. With ATS level 5 primary notification and ATS level 4 secondary notification. As with regular Red Care when an alarm condition is generated, a signal is sent via the telephone line to the ARC if the alarm is unconfirmed the keyholders are informed, if a confirmed signal is received the POLICE and KEYHOLDERS are informed. Should the telephone lines to the building be cut or interrupted in any way the ARC will receive a "no response" signal which will action a Keyholder Only response. Red Care GSM has the added security of a Cellnet Network so that if a "no response" is then followed by an intruder signal, the signal is sent via the Cellnet network and the POLICE and KEYHOLDERS are actioned.

Digital Communicator / Modem unit with ATS level 3 connected to a 24 hour manned central station via an ex-directory telephone line. When an alarm condition is generated a signal is sent to the central station, who, in turn inform the Police and the keyholders of the building. This unit also enables remote access from our office computers and allows remote servicing facilities.
