Guardian Electronic Security offer Maintenance agreements with all of their Alarm Systems.

Police calling systems must have a Maintenance agreement  with 24 hour call out facility and current URN in place in order to receive Police response to alarm conditions and must also only be reset by an engineer to reduce false alarms

It is essential that maintenance be carried out on all alarm systems to ensure correct operation of detectors, correct location of detectors, to ensure communication with the alarm recieving centre , correct battery charging rates and power consumption rates, and correct operation of the system by its users.  A Maintenance agreement is very often a stipulation of your insurance company.
